Updated feedwell section on Knowledge Base (website version)

January 2011

The original Knowledge Base only contained a brief discussion of general feedwell designs. The original page has now been expanded to 10 pages, and the number of images from 3 to 15 (including some photographs). The aspect of solids dilution devices is now given a separate page. These changes were made live on the P266 website from mid-January 2011, and a patch for Thickener Expert users will be made available in the near future.

Regional Meetings in June, July, August 2011

Following the Johannesburg SRM there will be a series of Regional Meetings in a spread of geographic locations over the period of June to August 2011.

With the 22 sponsoring companies having dispersed operations and offices, this initiative will provide greater convenience and lower travel costs to meetings for many company representatives. In addition, this should assist the prime company contacts by offering the opportunity for greater exposure of P266F to their colleagues. The opportunity to meet some of the researchers in person and attend the presentations will facilitate technology transfer and understanding of the research being done.

The format of these meetings in each city will be tailored to the likely attendance.
